Online Home Loans is a New Zealand referral website operated by Summit Wealth Limited, trading as Summit Mortgages. We connect homeowners with licensed mortgage advisers. We do not provide financial advice or arrange lending.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we typically collect:

• Name, email, and phone number
• Region, approximate home loan size, timeframe, and refinance goal
• Optional current bank or lender
• Your other answers in the enquiry steps, such as when your fixed rate ends, and any note you add
• Inputs and results from any calculator or checklist you used on this site during the same visit
• The page you enquired from, the pages you viewed and how you found us (for example the referring site or campaign tags in the link you clicked)
• Consent and marketing preference flags

How we use your information

We use enquiry details to:

• Refer you to a licensed NZ mortgage adviser who may get in touch
• Reply to questions about your submission
• Send optional updates only if you opted in
• Improve the site and help prevent spam or abuse

Sharing

With your consent, we share enquiry details with a licensed mortgage adviser so they can get in touch. We may also use email delivery providers (for example Resend) to send leads. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for referral, compliance, and dispute handling, then delete or anonymise them where practical. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards; no method of transmission is completely secure.
